His feature, Conversion, about conversion therapy camps from the perspective of an ex-attendee turned counselor, was selected by CAPE (Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment) and developed with producer Chris Lee (Philadelphia). Johnny's recent feature, Hold Still, Vincent, featured and was produced by Gemma Chan as a limited podcast series for QCode about the 1982 murder of Vincent Chin.
